Price, delivery and payment
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, shipping cost and transport insurance.
Orders also means acceptance of our at all times current sales conditions.
When selecting an other currency in the shop, it will show the price in the current course. This may differ from the billing rate. The exchange rate of billing days applies.

Payment for goods and services will be invoiced.

Minimum amount
We reserve the right to reject orders of less than SEK 150 excluding VAT, shipping cost and transport insurance.

Terms of Payment
Where credit is provided, payment is required within 30 days from the invoice date. BIKETJANST Library Interiors reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue invoices
All products remain in BIKETJANST proprietorship until full payment.

Packaging and Expedition Costs
Will not be charged.

Delivery times
Delivery is normally within 14 days (in Sweden) in stock. For non-stock the delivery time will be between 4-6 weeks. Special Interiors may take additional time.

Shipping
The goods will be sent to the best advantage unless otherwise agreed. We have shipping contracts with Schenker, TNT and the Swedish Post.
Shipping is charged according to the respective carriers at the current price list with us.
Do you have your own shipping agreements with a carrier, we wish to have this information with your order.

Cancellation of order
Cancellation of a confirmed order can be done within five working days provided that the construction has not begun or that the goods have not been sent.

Validity
BIKETJANST reserves the right to alter all information, including prices, specifications and product offerings, and product availability, without notice.

We reserve the right to design changes and changes in materials, etc. ..

Warranty
Fault in materials and workmanship we provide one (1) year warranty
The invoice is your the warranty note. Please specify the invoice number and part number.
BIKETJANST will not stand for replacements during the warranty period, nor the cost of work performed during the warranty issue. The normal return procedures as described below.

If you do not choose the default
Production out of the standard will provide costs for non-standard materials, no standard format or another non-standards. Request a quote please.

Complaints
If goods are damaged
BIKETJANST is not responsible for damage or loss of goods, which have occurred during transport, receipt or your assembly on arrival.
ALWAYS check the products / goods and packaging before the bill cleared. Visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the consignment note upon receipt.
Hidden damage which is discovered shortly after unpacking, must be reported to the nearest transport company office within five working days. The carrier will not accept subsequent notification and you are liable for the costs. Do never return damaged goods to BIKETJANST. Keep it in place of eventual inspection by the carrier.
The carrier will send the form to claim and pay compensation for the damaged goods.

If the delivery is incorrect
If we sent the wrong item, call us first. Report discrepancy to us immediately but no later than seven working days after you received your goods.
Together we can discuss if you want to replace the goods or whether it should be credited when we received the goods in return. We help you with the goods to be sent back.
The product must always be returned flawless, unused and in original packaging

Return of Goods undo or wrong ordered item
BIKETJANST is not responsible for incorrect measurements, materials and / or product made by the purchaser.
Return freight is approved only after special agreement is made.
Approved returned goods will be credited with 40% deduction. NOTE! Does not apply to special ordered items!

On your return
It is your responsibility to pack returned products in a satisfactory manner.
BIKETJANST does not replace the damage incurred due to inadequate and / or improper packaging.

Special Ordered to be with different dimensions, materials and / or design has no right of return.

Taxes, VAT and fees
BIKETJANST Library Interiors holds an F-tax clearance certificate.
